A big red ribbon is hung on the outside of the Centers for Disease Control under the Ministry of Health and Welfare Nov. 30, one day before World AIDS Day. The symbol was erected to demonstrate the government’s efforts to fight the stigma of HIV/AIDS and care for those who are living with the disease. (CNA)
